At Manvyaa, we strive to provide high-quality digital art products and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. No Refund for Digital Products:

    • All sales of digital art products are final.
    • Since digital products cannot be physically returned, we do not offer refunds once the files have been downloaded or accessed.
  2. Refund Eligibility:

    • Refunds may only be granted in cases where the product has not been downloaded or if there is a technical error on our part (e.g., incorrect file, missing components). Refund amount will be credited back to source account within 6 to 7 business days.
    • If you encounter issues with your digital download, please contact us at customercare@manvyaa.com within 7 days of your purchase, and we will work to resolve the issue.
  3. Exchange of Products:

    • In the event of a file corruption or delivery error, we will provide a replacement of the correct digital file.
    • Exchanges are only applicable for the same product.
  4. Non-Refundable Circumstances:

    • We do not offer refunds for customer errors (e.g., buying the wrong product or failure to understand the product description).
    • Refunds are not granted for issues related to personal preferences or misunderstandings of the product's nature (e.g., expecting physical goods).
